Genome
functional annotation is one of the major ongoing challenges for
Bioinformatics and requires the development and application of
innovative approaches. The hypotheses
of Dr. Pisabarro´s group help to predict and understand protein function and, in close
collaboration with experimentalists, to unravel cellular networks.
